In case you haven't heard, there is a new post-divorce maintenance bill that was just passed by the Assembly and the Senate and is presumably on it's way to the Governor for signature. This new legislation will have consequences that are far and reaching, some intended and some not. I have attached it for your review. It has yet to be analyzed in detail but that will come.
